A study has proposed an outdoor clothing prediction model based on grey wolf optimization algorithm and backpropagation neural network. A prediction model for outdoor clothing considering multiple nonlinear comprehensive effects was established by collecting data through field experiments. The results indicate that the accuracy of this model is much higher than that of traditional linear models, providing a theoretical basis for outdoor thermal comfort assessment and a reference for research in other fields.
